Small Quad Milling Inserts for General Use
The small quad inserts for 90º shoulder milling and high feed fit the same endmill. The economical, positive small size insert has 4 cutting edges. A high positive rake angle reduces the cutting forces applied on the cutter body to achieve an easy and soft cut.
The large tool core enables increasing the number of teeth on small tool diameters for high productivity. The durable small quad insert structure enables high feed machining.
The new HELI4MILL cutters and inserts are designed to provide an economical option for a wide range of roughing and finishing operations.
HELI4MILL cutters can successfully replace solid carbide endmills.
