NEW Innovative Extended Flute Cutters Optimized for Efficient and Cost-Effective Roughing at High Material Removal Rates
QUICK-X-FLUTE is a line of double-sided economical inserts sized 13,
optimized for high efficiency and productivity in milling high-temperature alloys.
These inserts feature a high positive chipformer with special edge preparation,
primarily intended for milling high-temperature alloys, specifically titanium and titanium alloys and steel.
The QUICK-X-FLUTE extended flute new generation cutters are designed to provide a cost-effective solution for machining high-temperature alloys (8 cutting edges).
The QUICK-X-FLUTE double-sided economical inserts sized 13
are available in a variety of coated carbide grades suitable for milling high-temperature alloys and austenitic stainless steel and steel.
They offer a wide range of corner radii options, including 0.8mm (.0315"), 3.2mm (.126"), and 4mm (.1575").
These inserts are designed to work with QUICK-X-FLUTE high-pressure pinpointed coolant system, which features replaceable nozzles and front outlets. The innovative heavy-duty connection (HDC) provides the most rigid spindle connection, with one screw for clamping. The axial force of this connection is 6 times higher than conventional shell mill adaptation, making it foolproof and highly versatile for easy replacement on the machine (strong as integral tools).
The cutters of QUICK-X-FLUTE feature variable helix flutes and deep chip-gullets,
designed for minimizing vibrations and rapid stock removal.
The positive cutting edge and rake ensure a smooth and easy cut with lower cutting forces.
Additionally, the helix flutes and deep chip-gullets contribute to excellent chip evacuation during the machining process.
