New Interchangeable Solid Carbide Circlip Groove Milling Heads

New interchangeable solid carbide milling heads for circlip grooves according to DIN 471/472 and ANSI B27.7M standard circlip sizes.

ISCAR is introducing new MM TS…C… groove milling heads for grooving width range of 1.18 to 3.25. They have been designed to produce the required width, bottom corner radii and upper chamfers according to DIN 471/472 and ANSI B27.7M standard circlip sizes.

The new groove milling heads are available in 12.7 mm diameter with T05 thread size and 22.5 mm diameter with T08 MULTI-MASTER thread size. Both sizes feature 6 teeth and are made from the tough PVD coated grade IC928: a combination that enables very high production performance.

MM TS…C… groove milling heads can be used with a wide range of MULTI-MASTER shank options.
